Elements of Your Small Business
Coaching Program
- Comprehensive Needs Assessment: Determine
your strengths, identify barriers, and get an objective
perspective in this first extended conference with your
coach.
- Goal Setting Session: The following
week, determine what you want to achieve, by when, and
establish an action plan. Your coach helps you set the
course in this second intensive session.
- Weekly Conferences: Starting in the
third week, you and your coach talk at a pre-set time to
discuss your work status, accomplishments and plan. These
weekly discussions require a minimum of thirty minutes
time, but are not to exceed forty-five minutes. Consider
the fourth week as your holiday. Meetings then continue
on a three-on, one-off basis.
- Progress Checklists: To easily prepare
for each conference, you’ll get a checklist to help
you review the week and then decide on the activities to
perform by the next session. You make the decision when
to execute the items. On some occasions, you’ll email
or fax projects the day before to get the coach’s
assessment during your call,.
- Status Evaluations: Every six weeks,
you'll review your benchmarks with your coach and adjust
strategies for the next month. You call the shots. Your
coach holds you to it.
- Supplemental Calls, E-Mails or Faxes: Besides
weekly talks, you can communicate with your coach up to
five times or fifteen minutes per week, whichever comes
first, at no extra charge. This is an ongoing relationship,
so communication is essential.
- Quarterly Newsletters: Complimentary
issues of the Advisory are sent to all SEBA clients.
You get specialized information for your small business.
